What you’ll do:

  • Create and refine 23andMe clinical trial recruitment product offerings
  • Identify pain points and workflow inefficiencies with key partners, build business cases to address them, and collaboratively brainstorm product opportunities for improvement
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities and communicate product roadmap and project status update to key stakeholders and management team
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Product Science, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and many others to successfully deliver products on time & execute our clinical trial recruitment business strategy
  • Define success metrics for, measure, and evaluate the clinical trial product offerings
  • Maintain deep understanding and current awareness of the clinical development landscape
  • Think deeply & passionately about patient needs how we can meet them & optimize the clinical trial recruitment process

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical operations and/or trial management in a pharmaceutical/biotech or CRO. Strong experience in clinical trial recruitment and patient retention a plus.  
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Exemplary communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Collegiality, flexibility, and cordiality
  • Genuine passion for health and healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or related experience
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, engineering, or business a plus
